2. Refund and returns policy

If your EasyWrapper arrives faulty or damaged please contact us via email and we will replace it. However, please note, that EasyWrapper cannot reverse a transaction and does not offer refunds on finalised purchases.

3. Delivery instructions:

Postage and handling costs of $12 within Australia for delivery in 3-4 working days from when the order is processed.

For purchases of 3 EasyWrapper units, postage is free.

International postage prices are available on application

4. Privacy Policy:

EasyWrapper does not give any private customer details to any third parties except as required by law.

5. Security of cardholder details:

All transactions will be processed through the NAB Transact which is a secure site.

6. Foreign currency transactions

For purchases made outside Australia, the official currency conversion will be made on the date the order is processed.
